Arkansas Crime Scene Cleanup, Inc. (ACSC) is sympathetic to the nature of the event which has occurred in your life.  We welcome the
opportunity to help you through this traumatic event with the least amount of additional stress.  Too often, a family or business owner suffers
a suicide, homicide, decomposition or massive injury at their home or place of business.  After the medical personnel have left, after the law
enforcement officers have left, after the coroner or funeral home has left, the family representative or business owner is left with a terrible
scene.  Dealing with the death itself is difficult enough.  The last thing you want to do is begin cleaning up blood and bodily fluids.
ACSC, the only Arkansas-based cleanup company, is on call 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.
We will arrive at the scene in unmarked vehicles, and will perform our
duties as discreetly as possible.
Most insurance companies will cover all or part of our services.
Why can't I hire a janitorial company or a handyman to clean this scene?

Federal Regulation 29CFR1910.1030 of OSHA states that no employee can be placed in a position to be exposed to biohazardous
waste without first:
1)  Receiving blood-borne pathogen (BBP) training.
2)  Having a written BBP exposure control plan.
3)  Having been provided with personal protective equipment (PPE).
4)  Having been offered the Hepatitis B vaccine and exposure evaluation with a follow up.
5)  Being provided with a method to remove and properly store the biohazardous waste in properly marked containers for disposal at an
approved site.
Only after these five requirements have been met, can an employer  require an employee to enter or clean a biohazardous waste
scene.

ACSC specializes in the
cleanup of blood-borne
pathogens contained in
blood and bodily fluids.  We
use special chemicals and
techniques designed to
remove the viruses which
cause deadly diseases,
such as HIV, Hepatitis B &
C, Tuberculosis, etc.  Some
of these viruses can survive
outside the body for up to
thirty days, waiting to infect
your customers, your
children, your pets or
yourself.

Any item contaminated with
blood or bodily fluids is
considered biohazardous
waste.  ACSC disposes of
all contaminated waste at
an approved medical waste
facility.  Per OSHA and the
Environmental Protection
Agency, biohazardous
waste CANNOT be
disposed of in a dumpster
or landfill.  Further, hefty
fines are levied against any
individual or business
which allows their local
sanitation company  to
remove biohazardous
waste from the scene.
Fines would also be levied
against the sanitation
company and the landfill
accepting the waste.
